Do you fall asleep the second your head hits the pillow or wake up in the morning feeling unrefreshed? If you do, your body may be telling you that you are not getting enough sleep. To help you determine if you have a sleep disorder, the EPWorth Sleepiness Scale questionnaire helps indicate your likelihood of dozing off in particular situations.

Using the scale below, simply choose the appropriate number that applies to you in each scenario:

0 = Would never doze
1 = Slight chance of dozing
